I am back home for 5 days...
I am back in the greatest state in America, New York, and it feels good to be back home for a few days... However, this is a working holiday, hence we have to close a land deal that my father has been working on in the Greenwich Village area of Manhattan... But, it still feels good to be home...

If you're anywhere near McDougle stop by gray's papaya for me. Then The 'olive tree cafe' on McDougle and that pizzeria on McDougle and Bleeker next to Bleeker Bob's. I think it's called "Ben of Frank's"

Hey, Petey, I have a friend who shops at Bleeker Bob's for the 50's and 60's artist... I have never been in this establishment, but it appears to still be doing well... I like the West 3rd street area, and now is a good time to invest in property in that area of Manhattan...

Sure, but I don't think you can afford to travel to Manhattan, so this isn't really a problem...
