I was having similar problems. I found out that rebooting does not help because the wireless has it's own power source so when you reboot it. it doesn't turn of the wireless. Try unplugging the wireless from the wall socket, or it's power source. This reboots the wireless. No guarantees, but that sokved my problem.
You just never think about the wireless not rebooting with the computer.
Anyway, hope this works for you.

About once a week I have to reset the wireless also.....for whatever reason.
