Oh, another observation that I want to add: "Racist makes a comeback" is probably sick of living in her mother's shadow (who's a doctor). This might also account for her feeling of unworthiness.

Also judging by her rampant hatred for "rednecks" or small town "bitter" folk (that Obama disparages as well), i would guess that "Racist makes a comeback" is either from a big city where contempt for traditional values is revered or is herself from a small town and has always felt like an outcast or a nerd. I'm going with the latter as a posibility. She seems like a big nerd, to me.
