Recipe of the day
Tonight it will be a twist on stuffed pork chops
2 inch center cut pork chops
marinate them in italian dressing and soy sauce.
chop up green bell pepper, onion, celery and put on medium heat.
add 3 large cloves of garlic smashed and chopped.
also add a dash of fresh ground ginger and salt.
Bake one medium size sweet potatoe and let cool down remove shell and put into bowl.
take one tart apple remove skin, core it and cut into thin slices and put in bowl.
add brown sugar and about one teaspon of fresh orange zest.
add chopped pecans.
now take your veggie mix and add in the bowl and mix it together well with a spoon.
cut a slice in the side of the pork chop making a pocket and stuff with the mix use toothpics to hold fold closed.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours then serve.
now you could brown the chops in a skillet with olive oil first but it will cause your chops to loose moisture while you bake them and be dryer than if you just bake them.
This is my own version and you don't taste the soy sauce and the italian dressing like you think you would. But the slight tart of the italian dressing contrast with the sweetness It is awsome.

Damn shadow that sounds great.
Would we sound like a couple of fags if we started trading recipes now?

I know Fed ups Fav. Recipe:
Quote:
Rocky Mountain Oysters Recipe
2 pounds calf testicles*
2 cups beer
2 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup yellow cornmea1
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil**
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
* Be sure to ask your butcher for calf testicles, not bull testicles. Calf testicles are the size of a walnut and are much more tender than the larger bull testicles.
** Use enough vegetable oil to fill your frying container halfway to the top (to allow for bubbling up and splattering) and to completely cover calf testicles while frying.
With a very sharp knife, split the tough skin-like muscle that surrounds each testicle. Remove the skin (you can remove the skin easily if the testicles are frozen, then peel while thawing). Slice each testicle into approximately 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick ovals. Place slices in a large pan or blow with enough beer to cover them; cover and let sit 2 hours.
In a shallow bowl, combine eggs, flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper. Remove testicles from beer; drain and dredge thoroughly in the flour mixture. In a large, deep pot, heat oil to 375 degrees F. Deep fry 3 minutes or until golden brown (will rise to the surface when done). Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with your favorite hot pepper sauce.

two slices thick whole wheat bread. cover both with liberal amounts of peanut butter. then add on one side: sliced bannanas, raisins and corned beef hash slice. on the other, add bacon slices and pitted dates, { figs optional }. slap the two bread slices together. ENJOY!. warning! you must have at least a half gallon of whole milk near you just in case a bite does not go down right. { there, after you have finished said sandwhich, you dont have to eat again for at least 24 hours }.

Man I can eat anything but I don't know............

Anything that walks, swims, crawls, or flies can be eaten. It just takes an open mind and a willing stomach. Of course, there are some people who will eat anything. Rocky Mountains oysters - also known as prairie oysters, Montana tendergroins, cowboy caviar, swinging beef, and calf fires - are true Western delicacies.
