Generally, to prove slander, you must be able to show that someone made a false and unprivileged statement about you, this statement was conveyed to a third party and this statement resulted in damage to you.This is the exact words from the lawyer in his email.

My wife just talked to her sister and this is the situations in which you can sue for slander.This all started when i told sam to go give someone a blow job. Notice i used the words give and i was giving her instructian. She lips back to me on post 161 of the articals of impeachment thread that i was trolling for sex and she thought it was gay sex. My wife who is the third party here reads this and was mad as hell and this caused the damage that is listed here in this suit. well it goes from bad to worse as other people here then began saying worse stuff then sam and i have gone though all the records of this thread and 4 others and have listed all who slandered me and who slandered worse so then the initial lippyness. If one person could explain how asking a women for a blowjob makes me gay you might explain it but no nio no do any of you explain. no and worse crow=backatcha and graybeard then list public figures they think are gay so they may be in bigger trouble then sam. This list will befiled and the real names tracked down . Here it is.

Graybeard (slandered me and several public figures.)

crow who started the notion by backing down from a fight by saying I wanted a date with him which he did this to get back at me for making fun of him because he doesnt know anything about guns

Sam who started it all when asking her about a blowjob and she presents herself as a women although who knows on this gay ass liberal forum. if she is a man i didnt know it and she began this .the worst is the fact women do not get off lipping off to me.

Crow=Backatacha who are really one person and probably said the worst of the slander.

Areyoushitingme who blows it up adding about a counselor.

Cottobroker who also said I was a nigger

Forrest who lied and said she didnt say it although he is so fucking stupid he probably cant read.

Naturemomma who not onlyslandered me but my wife as well by postign pictures saying it was my wife and lied that i pmd her a picture. maybe she should be at the top.

My wife is going to look this over and there might be more to add.

my wife was pretty fucking pissed off and that caused damage as a t first she thought it might be true. so that was the damge needed for the lawyer. Probably the worst on here was graybeard, crow who goes by about 5 other names and crowley who has this thing for me. Crow may have been the first one to slander because when he and I got into one time and I offered to take it up as a fight he answered back like i wanted a date with him and i have that thread saved. so he put the notion i everyones head with the date post and princess sam lipped off because i gave her a good piece of instructian for a women..

Timmy, you didn't spell cottonbroker correctly. Tell your wife that everything at AWE is in "jest" because it is.....be a big boy now and go to your room. Oh yea, have a shitty day. In case you missed it I have a very good lawyer and he is free to me (father in law) so be careful or you may end up in a lawsuit of your own if you want to play that game.....My personal advice is to get over it, realize it means nothing because it is nothing and grow the hell up and quit trying to bog down the legal system with frivilous crap because you want free money....

no the damage was my wife saw what you all said and she started to beleive it and it caused damage. you put the notion in everyones head crow because demo and postive got you on one thread about the gun and when i came in you tried to tell them i ask you for a date. i got it all saved. then when i ask sam for a blowjob she says im trolling for sex . my wife saw it and the whole place here then started backing it up.
