One matter wins complete bipartisan support in Washington: the wish that Sen. Edward Kennedy (D-Mass.), one of the great figures to ever serve in the Senate, will get well soon.
It now appears that Sen. Kennedy is doing fine, coming back, and will probably run for reelection in 2012 and reach an astounding five decades of service in the Senate.
Ted Kennedy is a national treasure; he may well have the most brilliant lifetime body of work and achievements of any individual who has ever served in the upper chamber.
While Kennedy is known as the liberal Lion, he has long-term friendships and relationships of good will and bipartisan cooperation with a long list of Republicans, as well as Democrats.
Sen. Kennedy is a Herculean workhorse, a voice of conscience for progressive principles and a leader who gets things done.

The voices of hate for a fellow American who just found out he has a brain tumor is truely disturding and sad. I can only think that the folks here making such horrible remarks have a sick and mean sense of humour and\or need a serious anger mangement course.
