Just saw a clip of the Barbara Walters/Oprah Winfrey interview. Where Oprah asks Walters about her time as 'the mistress' of a married Senator. Well, Walters immediately repudiated the label of 'mistress', because as she puts it: she was financially independant and was a successful businesswoman at the time. She didn't NEED ANYONE. Later, Oprah too admitted to having an affair with a married man and also bristled at the label in an equally self righteous tone, explaining: 'I have NEVER been anyone's MISTRESS'. Her reasoning was similar to Walter's, she was too successful to be a mistress. -- If this isn't the height of liberal hypocrisy. Two home-wrecking whores who (with the help of disgustingly unfaithful husbands) conspired to ridicule a couple of poor unsuspecting wives. And now these two legandary women, hide behind the banner of 'feminism' and 'successful business women' to avoid any culpability in one of the most shameful acts of a WEAK WOMAN. If you can't find your own man/woman and are willing to destroy a family to satisfy your own pathetic sexual longings, yes you are a very weak person. Again, I blame the husbands MORE than the mistresses. But they were not giving the interview. Instead, you have a millionaire mistress and a billionaire mistress who routinely tell US how to live our lives, yet are unable to apologize and take credit for their wrong doings. Instead, they think: 'Well 'mistresses' are weak women who have no options becuase they are probably poor. We're rich and successful, how can we possibly be that'. Disgusting. And it is not very surprising that these two 'feminists' are unmarried and will probably die that way. And in Oprah's case, she will remain child less, too. You know how those da mn 'kids' always keep a good feminist down.

A free pass? No. I think you set yourself up for a lot of grief dating a marrird man. And as a woman, I would find it hard to do that to another woman, but love/sex can make you do crazy things.
