I agree, I also agree that there should have been a mandatory evacuation of the entire city. Nagin and Blanco screwed up and the people re-elected him. I doubt they have have an evacuation plan in order. Many people in the FL ride out the storms, too, so when will their luck run out? I would rather be safe than dead.
