Let's break down what's been going on here for a while but is amplifying as of late.
You're a faggot, gay, homosexual, pedophile.
If you defend someone you must be gay.
If you post similar ideas you must be a fake poster who is creating another person to defend their original post.
Simply if you disagree with someone politically, spiritually, personally you must be
a. a fake poster
b. somehow into same sex.
c. apart of some conspiracy.
Instead of talking about ideas. Instead of defending the varsity of the position one posts it is far more important to 'flame' them, another 'gay' vernacular word.
What is ironic is the people doing this think that it is supposed to be offensive.
It is ONLY pathetic & juvenile & really a little sad.
It does nothing to expand perception but a lot to reinforce those that post it repeatedly have NOTHING of value to bring to the table.
If anyone finds common ground with someone of a different political persuasion & defends them they are immediately seen as some sort of enemy & obsessively attacked for agreeing or even defending that persons right to be basically who they are.
This is horrid. I'm watching both sides of the political divide do everything they can to create divisions against the other.
This to put it mildly is poison.
I am a citizen of the United States of America.
I currently live in the 'union' north. I grew up in the Midwest...right on the North South line. I went to high school in the 'Confederate' South. I love this country.
I love ALL people in this country.
I love our differences. I have experienced personally & believe we are not black & white. We are a mix of many ideas & when people can get the narcissus mirror away from their ego & really look into one another's heart they CAN see that we are an amazing nation of peoples made of many different ideas & experiences.
What is getting lost here is what it means to be US. We are definitely Conservative (Republican) We are definitely (Liberal) Democrat. Both sides of this spectrum have serious failings but they also have good qualities because they are made up of US the People of this great nation.
I understand based on this small slice of ideas called AWE that in general people wish to only MAGNIFY the differences. To character assassinate those that are of the other camp. Fine it is what it is. I can play within that. But I will occasionally stop, lift my head up, look around & say ....so this is who we've become.
That is why this is sad.
We've become nothing of value but a true reflection of what much of the world sees. Ignorant easily suckered divide & conquer fools.
This site is MOSTLY being posted by people of the United States (Not all) but predominantly U.S. Citizens.
Today we are really not looking so good.
And more than anything this makes me a little sad about the community I am a part of.
I am not placing blame. Hell I add as much to it as anyone....but sometimes I can stop & look around & say....hey, this ain't right.
So this is officially the bung hole thread.
Feel free to add your gay tirades here.
Then we can keep the communities perception......transparent.
& know a little more about whom we REALLY are.
