Best understand this issue..Dom1 thinks he can do as he wants...don't come to his defense and DONT think revealing personal information about people is cool and okay with the law.....I can subpoena his records, his IP addy and all information on him from here should ANYTHING threaten my being because of what he has done....this is no game, children...this is the law on the internet....

If this OVERLY public, sympathy display of accusations you are flaunting on this forum are purely slander it makes you look very very stupid. If this thin slandering is pulled by many people this shit will stifle a lot of expression.
See some of the things that pull REAL MASSIVE red flags in my mind with you, is that you are making such a shrilly public display of this with very thin reasoning.
Let me put it to you directly if I felt someone was in any way threatening me. I sure as hell wouldn't talk about it in public or let the one I am after know what I was doing. I would gather all info & after full evidence & prosecution talk about it.

Well, you are correct that it is an attempt at a smear campaign, because she told me she was going to do it to, and I quote, "ruin my reputation", whatever the fuck that means. I suppose I would have to care what people who don't know me think about me before I would get too concerned.
She put her real name on a public forum that she invited people to and is upset that it gets read. I already suggested to her that since she is the moderator of her own forum that she should fix the problem, don't know if she listened or not, either way it was stupid to do and then complain about it later.
