I had to revive this thread tonight.........it is over 80 degrees and HOT in WI. Ya all know how rare that is.

So, new drink that I had at a bar a few weeks ago......

A twist on a gin & tonic.

You take high quality gin (they used this Hendricks stuff.......I guess it is new, I never heard of it). A slice of cucumber on top of your ice. Use a bar straw to poke holes all through it. Then pour in your gin and tonic over the cuke like a strainer. I guess you could also use soda if you don't prefer tonic water.

Yum. Very refreshing!
