I don't think you are qualified to say whether it's a crime or not. After all, what do you call a guy that studied law for three years at LSU... Realtor.
Does Louisiana even have laws?
Face it, there is overwhelming sentiment here that those "hearing" the threat took it seriously. And Lasher as the speaker has stated many times that he is firm in his convictions, and in this post, that he was making a "serious offer". You're not good enough to weasle around this one man. But I agree... I'm happy to let those that handle these things, handle these things.
