Cumrag is an imbecile. There's already precedent set regarding someone carrying out a hate crime based on the vague suggestion of someone else. The case was Seraw v. Metzger, in which the Seraw family sued, and won, a 12½ million dollar judgement even though Metzger was not even in the same state as the Seraw murder. The case was won based on Metzger promoting violence against minorities and the skinheads who were convicted for killing Seraw were inspired by Metzger's words. They won their case based on vicarious liability.

VICARIOUS LIABILITY - When one person is liable for the negligent actions of another person, even though the first person was not directly responsible for the injury. For instance, a parent sometimes can be vicariously liable for the harmful acts of a child and an employer sometimes can be vicariously liable for the acts of a worker.

It's in the hands of the proper authorities now. What lasher doesn't realize is that he's playing russian roulette. There are enough unstable people in the white power movement, that should any of them act on his bounty, or even if a hate crime is committed in his state, he will suffer the very inconvenient process of an FBI investigation. He will no doubt be placed on a watch list if he isn't already on one.

There may be nothing that happens tomorrow or next week. But the fool is unwittingly making life difficult for himself sometime in the future.

I can live with that.
