kind of. SAme with the Fiorst world war. This country made this agreement. This another and when one small nation startd a fight..then all had to honor agreements and join in.

For the Americans the probem is the same as the briiish and French before them. Interferig in other cultures and forceable displacement of people. Americans had this problem with the Indians. British did that shit to most of Africa and Central Asia.

So when you look at things this way. Its much different. Look at the years 1945 and after during cold war. Kashmir, South Africa, Palestine. French and Vietnam, Americans and Chinese and Britsh Korea 1950 Potsdam confernce by western allies. Cyrpress in the 1960's. Suez in 1956. All these started mostly by displacement and intrefernce of Western Allies. That claimed to fight for independnce in ww2. They used there dominat powers for IMperialism. Causing confluict after conflict many that rage to this day. All caused by creating borders and displacement.

My sister is a author. So I have some insight on publishiing an know when revisonins are made in some books. When I can learn who made such revisions I can make an conclusions as to the validity of it. Especialy if I can get a hold of the orginal. Thats easoer for me then maybe lots others.

An uncle whom is a antigues expert colector, many freinds of my randparents whom have orginals and a secret plant at the lcoal chain of re sale book stores whom has a very strong intrest in military history.

Oh and I subscribe to Depuy. Thats a reaserch firm used by the US Govt.
