How would losing California, bankrupt the country? Hey we could give to them for 5 years and then come back and take it back after all the ilegals moved there. That way we would be able to ship them back from one place.

That is good logic.....the place where you park your ass was once the property of the native Americans.....what would you say....here come take my home...it once belonged to you....even though we have made vast improvements upon it.....your actions that you have shown on this site in the past speaks contrary to most of the garbage that spews forth from your mouth...actions indeed speak volumes in comparison to mere words of feigned convictions. Lets leave the Indians out of this at least the Mexicans sold there land or at least there govt. did. My fathers people were murdered and rounded up like cattle and even the black people who bitch about slavery talk in ignorance to the fact that America was the first nation to fight against slavery even before the war. Not only in America but around the world the US navy even had what they called the African core which there only job was to set off the coast of Africa and catch ships with slaves on them and free the slaves and arrest everyone on the ship that inslaved them. You know what the penalty for transporting slaves was (death) and I would say in the whole they still made out better than the indians slavery was done away with and your culture is still intact. My fathers people live on reservations and you go around this country and tell me how many indians do you see hanging out at the theater or in jack in the box. So just leave them out of it.

I have many that hang out in my restaurant. Do you still see them as victims, because I don't believe that many of them see themselves as such any more. They have embraced their own culture, while still proudly declaring themselves Americans. They have contributed greatly to this country.

With no doubt I got caught up in responding to the thread two points I was trying to make is we are not as coming in the publid around this country yet you don't hear us bitching about stuff. Not trying to make us marters. Just trying to prove a point I realy could not articulate well at this time in concern to the Mexican people.

Wouldn't need to give the whole state away, just San Francisco; from the Golden Gate bridge all the way down to, perhaps, Palo Alto, then cutting it off right there would be good to go for me!!

Most people can't afford to live in that city anyway....

Its hard to leave any out...when in fact they are a part of the history....good or bad....they are in the history books....some just do not like the real history....of how we took the land under the concept of "MANIFEST DESTINY" which was in no way founded on the noble concept of freedom...but founded upon the principal of "greed"....a dark chapter in our history.....a true part none the less.....to deny our actions....would be to deny ourself....for any to repent of any mistake...they must first admit...there has in fact been a mistake made.....In fact the Native Americans has more right to bitch and complain than do any "MINORITY" group....for they in fact are the only true.....AMERICANS...the rest of us are merely immigrants.
