Default Sell Them

I honestly believe that any individual who enters this country in contempt of its wholesome laws, and advocates a continuation of such acts; as well as initiating grass-roots efforts to change the law so as to protect and legitimize their illegal behavior is complete corruption.

Stealing into this country, breaking its law, and continuing to voice an advocation for such policy breeds reinforced activity along such lines.

[b]THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD immediately SET UP DEPORTATION CAMPS FOR EVERY SINGLE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, SEGREGATED SO AS TO AVOID TOO MANY BIRTHS, AND DEPORT THEM BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL HOME COUNTRY. SHOULD THE ORIGINAL HOME COUNTRY REFUSE REENTRY, THESE INDIVIDUALS SHOULD BE SOLD AS SLAVES! THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION ONLY PROTECTS THE CIVIL LIBERTIES OF IT'S LEGAL RESIDENTS AND CITIZENS!

I am seriously thinking of sending a more diplomatically toned bill as such, to the floor of congress, and would like public feedback. Thank You!

Protect?... true. But our founding documents hold that these are rights endowed by our creator and are self evident. Which means that the USA recognizes these rights for ALL men (individuals). The USA didn't grant us these rights, but you're right, it certainly has no obligation to protect them, but it MUST recognize them, and not violate it's own principles in dealing with ANY human being.

In order to sell them as slaves, they must first be designated as such. Which violates the 13th amendment.

Go for it, I say. The more government watch lists you make it on, the safer I'll feel.

Or, you could turn off the AM radio and stop letting the entertainers that make millions selling airtime whip you into a froth. You're being sold a line so they can sell their time. Don't feel so bad, it's starting to happen on the left too. Yea! Not!

Civil Grand Duke, hmmm would your screename have anything to do with your opinion on slavery???? Seriously, we know illegal immigration is a problem, however putting them in camps and selling them as slaves, you might as well ask the blacks to jump on the bandwagon too and we could just have all out civil war again. I get peeved that they are here illegally and are trying to demand from our government, however I feel there has to be a better resolution to the problem.

My idea for the "anchor baby" issue is this, you have a baby in America, you have 2 choices, give it up for adoption in chance of a better life or, take the baby back to Mexico with you and the rest of your family. I thought that was a bit abrupt, but a viable solution.

I read an article today on worldnet or newsmax, not sure which one, maybe both, that the American govt is letting the Mexican officials know where the volunteer minutemen watching the border are located and then thought, wow, our own government going against it's citizens, I have never.

So until our governement wants to face the fact that we have a huge problem, nothing will be resolved.

I just wonder how many immigrants this country would need on the tax rolls to pay for his tax cuts, the retiring baby boomers... (The Latinos would certainly give a good run at repeating the baby boom)... WhaT? They're Catholic.... no birth control... Stop looking at me like that I didn't mean it that way.

So, if I were Bush, I'd wanna get every available Latino south of the border over here before the amnesty goes into effect. If only one in a family of five works... that's a lot of immigration.

Bush hasn't given a flying fig about any other issue to make the average citizen a little more comfortable, why would this issue be any diffrent? Hell no, he's got a hole to dig out of. Cut the deficit in half before you leaves office. You can't start a baby boom now and then expect them to be working in two years... Even in China they wait until they're five years old. But we need the ranks filled yesterday. Which means we need a large influx of people of working age.

Bush Sr. was a strong proponent of more hands working, more productivity, more revenue. There's another thing to consider, with impending war in at least two more countries, we are gong to need conscriptions. Who better to draft first? And if that's the case, believe me, that border will be sealed tighter than a baptist girlsss..... sorry, ahem... where was I? Ahh yes, they are going to wish it was still open so they could dodge the draft.

You bring up an interesting point. How can the illegal parent be a legal guardian of the child? Wouldn't the child be automatically remanded to the state and the mother deported?

Alas, this is not the case, 99. As we discovered on another thread, once you are a legal citizen, you have the right to bring your immediate family with you. As I sit here and think about it, I don't immediately see a way to remedy that without singling out Latinos. Otherwise you wind up affecting a whole lot of people that aren't necessarily violating the law, or Mexican.

Once again, I believe this law was written this way to encourage population growth in America.

Just an end note here. I don't have the numbers, but can we stop calling them Mexicans. They are coming from all over Central and South America, through Mexico. Just thinking aloud.

to offset the huge baby boomer retirement problem, what we need is to increase the number of working Visa's allowed each year where we can draw taxes of working people in the US rather than making them, uncle, aunt, cousin, grandma and grandpa all citizens to be able to draw money off our dwindling government subsidized programs. So, if you are able bodied and can work, here's a work visa, pay your taxes and have a nice day, if in 5yrs or so you don't get into trouble and you are hardworking, then we'll grant your citizenship.

I agree with you, just playing devils advocate. However, it won't be fast enough. I don't really think Georgie has any intention of paying down the debt or balancing the budget. He just needs more money for more wars.

Besides the taxes, we have a world war to prepare for. Remember in WWII? The entire country made virtually nothing but war materials. That takes labor, lots of it, and the kinds Americans don't wanna do anymore. Plus, you could increase the ranks in the army by several hundred thousand if you offer amnesty and citizenship for "x" number of years service, negating the need for a messy draft all together.

I guess what I'm trying to say is... the "Decider" has "decissioned", Amnesty was the first thing out of his mouth. So he's going with it.

Okay, I don't really know what I'm saying anymore... it's late... I'm tired... more later

Sell them?!?!?

Pray tell how would you determine their worth? Age?Gender?Size?Proven ability to reproduce??

That's how we judge animals - not human beings!

One who would think that people are a commodity should look at their thought process and possibly determine why they think that humans are mere sale items to be put on an auction block- you have forgotten one thing....at one time we were ALL immigrants to North America there is no one people that has been here since the beginning of time.

just a thought......

Okay David Duke, uhm I mean Grand Wizard er...what was your name again? Sheeyit, pardner, why don' we jes git a lynch mob and strang 'em up? Thurr takin ar jobs. Thurr ruinin' ar country!
Oh, and I would like to see "a more diplomatically toned bill" spelling out your remedial plan. I would like to see how one could word that.
But let's be serious now...
I think Johnnyturk! hit it right on the head, that the founding fathers felt that the right of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness was an inalienable right bestowed upon all men (not all americans) by their Creator. So to quote Mr. White, next time you have a thought, Adolf, let it go.
Here's my opinion on the "immigration crisis"
There is no crisis!
While I agree with many of you that illegals should not be allowed here, I do so from a different angle. I think that this whole issue is nothing more than a diversionary tactic. I don't believe that the immigration issue is any more pressing or detrimental now, than it was 10 years ago.
I think that it is hypocritical of our government to pass laws like the Patriot Act and any other action that chips away the civil rights of Americans to protect them from terrorism, yet leaves our borders wide open.
This is an election year, and taking a page from Karl Rove, America needs bullshit issues. Gay marriage for example. We are in this "War on Terror" and if the consequences of such are as dire as claimed, why isn't someone standing up when these issues are touted and say...
F**k you where's Osama?
Coming across our borders...
F**K you where's Osama?
Destroying the institution of marriage...
F**k you where's Osama?
The war on Iraq...
Well I think you see where I'm going with this.
