in the country right now, how many do you suppose WANT to become US citizens? Do you suppose there's a percentage of illegals who want only to make a few bucks and would return to Mexico if they could make their money there?

I haven't seen any polls, but it's my GUESS that the illegals would RATHER live in Mexico.

I had worked with Mexicans for decades. Some want to become Americans. Some DO return home regularly. Others hate America and Americans.

It is a mixed pot.
