Accomodate for a time, yes. But teaching year after year in a public school in spanish? I don't think so. If I was Vietnamese or japanese, I would be pissed off. Someone I know came to this country without knowing any English. He was from Vietnam. In 1 year he was able to pass the GED with outstanding results...IN ENGLISH. He learned enough english in 1 year to do it. And we don't expect Mexican's to learn English in a lifetime?

Absolutely. There are many "students" from all over that have expired student visa or they never attended school. The government has lost over the past 20 years. All government not just one.

Mexicans get away with that because there are so many of them. Not that it is right, no other foreign population gets as many breaks when it comes to speaking English. Not Koreans Japanese or Persians........and they all seem to be fluent in a year or two
