Immigration Forum open

In addition to the Middle East War forum, I've moved the immigration-related threads here. As specific issues start to get 40-50 different threads posted on them, or are very active, feel free to suggest new forums for those issues. I tend to lean against doing it just because if you go too quickly, it ends up with a bunch of near empty forums that people don't post in. But as there are more and more threads I think it's better to have them grouped by topic.
