Default All drugs should be legalized.

Before you dismiss this idea out of hand, think. Would you continue the status quo and don't say something stupid about killing everyone or wiping drugs from the face of the earth, it ain't happening. You would cut the balls off of nigger/spic gangs and empty the prisons so we could finally begin to deal with the illegal crimmigrants. The penalty for causing harm to another such as driving under the influence and causing a fatality would be death. All who want to stop drugs such as crack and crank would be afforded the opportunity to go to rehab. Alcohol penalties would stay as they are. Pot could be treated similarly as would heroin which is a relatively benign drug as far as physical effects go despite the massive propaganda since 1914. Believe me, people aren't going to stop getting high and contrary to the bullshit you hear in the media most drug users are "weekend warriors" and no real problem. So legalize it or at least decriminalize it all or stay with the status quo which benefits no one except gangs, drug cartels, smugglers, dealers, DEA agents, the AMA, and everyone else with a vested interest in keeping substances illegal. It has all been illegal less than 100 years, it's time to really end the madness. PS. In the 1970s under Nixon (the first asshole to use the phrase "war on drugs") narcotics addiction went from being considered a medical problem to being considered a criminal problem. That's worked out well, hasn't it? And as far as "addiction" goes people don't even understand the term. The only physically addicting drugs in the strict sense are heroin and nicotine and contrary to popular belief, it takes several years and hundreds if not thousands of injections to develop a true physical dependence on heroin the first time. Yes it gets subsequently easier but never the "one shot and you're hooked" of popular fiction.

I can see no reason for banning any drug myself, but I'm sorry that you want to kill people as part of the process. That is desperately American, as if the reason doesn't matter as long as you can see people dead. The idiot 'war on drugs' is just a form of words that is permitting large-scale murder for huge profits, so why make the peace a chance for more death? People take drugs because their lives aren't satisfactory, that's all. 'Change the world - it needs it!'

I would oppose drug legalization just to know that worthless addicts were still getting raped in prison and killed, even if it wasn't making the streets safer. There's an easy solution to end this problem permanently, but our society is too weak to employ it.

Any idiot can realize the only people who think drugs should be legalized are people who already do drugs because they don't want to get caught for doing them.

Drugs are a thing of the past, the new thing is black market organs and child snuff films, should we legalize those too?

Making bullshit analogies such as this is truly a mark of desperation.

I don't think that rehab is going to 'help' the people that really enjoy smoking crack or meth or and meth....other than meeting other people that also enjoy using meth and crack...in fact I don't know why crack is cheaper than blow, other than it's half baking soda or bloated with soda.....fact is pure base can still be turned into a salt, it's the same product being smuggled...it's just a base or a salt.
"You got to be kidding me!" shouted Anderson.

"Did it go in?" astronaut Dorothy Metcalf-Lindenburger asked from inside.

"Yes, yes. You got to be kidding me," Anderson replied. "It is in there." Then he paused for effect. "Now what do we do?"

As he turned the 6-inch bolt a dozen times, Anderson urged, "Come on, baby. Get on there. Yeah, get 'er done."
