The citizens of Cuba, Iran, and North Korea are all happy and have heath care. The North Koreans even get to enjoy delightful organic meals of locally grown field grass

Americans get into the gernealsation crap, Poltical correctness and so on. But Gernalsations are just that. In general a group is this or that. Americans come off from the misunderstanding that a Generalsation is all encompasing. It is not.
