Now if only the mayor would send out the buses to round up all the thieves and crooks that were sent to other cities, or at least those that have not been killed or imprisoned for killing their partners in crime. I'm sure the effort would be appreciated by cities like Houston.

Jacks timelie should be coupled with the track fo the storm further out. Nobody knew for sure if it would hit NO or where lese it would and the sudden change in direction came with a rapid upgrade from 2-5 magnitude.
