It does sorta remind you of NO, on a bigger scale though. It's sad for the people of that country, to bad they have a government that just doesn't give a  about the people.. That sounds familiar.......

Blame the Mayor and the Gov. A day after the hurricane they denied assistance from the Federal government.
Of course if they hadn't both run away, they would have known that NO needed help, but well, there you are. |

Yet somehow, Mississippi, hit even harder than NO, didn't have that many complaints....
I agree that there was plenty of blame to go around, but the federal government deserves blame for massive waste, NO and LA government gets the blame for screwing things up in NO so much. |
