There was a fake one written by Swiss Fascist Francois Genoud, he personally told David Irving that this was a fake text. It is made to sound like Hitler without being him. In other words, this is a very unusual document as it isn't written as a smear against Hitler because Genoud himself was a Fascist until the end of his life in 1996. Genoud committed suicide in the 1990's because the Swiss government was investigating him for the crime of Holocaust denial.
