damn. makes my postings look like crap. but hey. thanks Soho. i saw refference to unit 731 there, and that was what the article i read was saying. a bio bomb at the right place would have been very lethal to many people. then after the war, Truman hides the whole thing so no one can ask him why he wants all the remnants from unit 731. sounds just like a liberal. Well, didn't read about 731 (skimmed only relative stuff), but the funny thing I found out after I posted it was that Sachem used the same link in arguing against the bombing of Grand Rapids. |

There is none. He was mistaken. But he did bring up an aspect of the war that few knew about. I was aware of the balloon bombs but never knew they made it to GR.

This is very interesting that very few have ever heard about this but then our goverment was deeply involved with lots of experimentation at that time also.

the ballon bombs came from Japan. how did they make it so far???? the Japanese knew something the Americans didn't - it was called the jet stream.
they did kill one American family.
