This is tough one to look at and not be a bit leary as a DEM from TN. The last Gov here (a REP like Arnold BTW) tried a big TennCare program that bankrupted the state; ironically the current Gov (Bredesen, a DEM) had to abandon the program to get rid of the red ink and to get our bond rating back up.

I didn't read the article yet, but doesn't this also include illegals?

Everything covers illegals. Our SS, welfare, medicaid. Pretty soon, they'll be issuing ID cards and the illegals will have them too.
