Deadshot, great post and I agree with you on this. The biggest problem is that for active duty soldiers and if they admit to having problems, even though programs exist to help them, supervisors tend to want to label these soldiers as weak links. The attidtude is changing but still not gone from the military.
But compared to 15 - 20 years ago you can see improvement. We're getting better.
