Thank you Cat. I am just trying to understand what the healthcare system is like. I am not here to knock it and I will not toot my horn over the Canadian healthcare. I was just always told...if you don't know something, ask and who better to go to, than the people themselves.

Are you familiar with the book CODE BLUE: REVIVING CANADA'S HEALTH CARE SYSTEM? FRom what I have read about the book, it verifies my concern of long waiting lines for medical care in Canada

Maybe you better read the whole book and get back to me. I have never had to wait for healthcare. So I am not sure what you are talking about. |

You pay for your medical care everytime you pay the tax that pays for it. I know that it is identified by a letter, I just don't remember which.

It is sad that you have so much hate over Canadians and their healthcare. I refuse to have a pissing contest with you over this, because it really isn't worth my time. As I have explain 3 times so far, but gmeyers1944 continues to try and pick a fight anyway. I have read the review on this book you mentioned, it didn't impress me much. One doctors view of Canadian healthcare. You do know we have more that one Doctor here in Canada don't you? From what I read, he is after the all mighty dollar and would prefer Healthcare the American way.
Oh yes...please provide links when you want to throw something in my face...it makes it easier for me to look it up and prove you wrong...thank you in advance. |

I don't hate Canadians. They are America's best friend. I just believe that the Canadian Health Care system is a huge mistake which I hope is not epeated here in the States
