wait...i thought autism was the product of childhood vacinnes - that was the defense contention in a recent lawsuit.

So which is it? Genetic or Vaccines? Hmmm....

Who the fuck knows. That would mean that a lot more Children are being concieved with Skeet in a cup than I thought?

This is an interesting subject and I'm familiar with it since my neighbors son is autistic..She blames it on the childhood vaccines also . There was a show on TV the other night that stated there are more autistic people in the US now than ever before and most are boys. It does make you wonder about the vaccines but why do more boys get it than girls???

I think its genetic... or there is a genetic part to it.

I watched the story of this one woman. she had 4 kids.
the first is very autistic (a male)
then she had a healthy daughter
then she had a son who was pronounced healhy- but later identified as having a mild form of autism (next to his brother he seems healthy and they assume he could have been acting out a bit. thus it wasn't until he was over age 10 and his mom read a book about a different from of autism that she saw the signs)
and...
while the show was filmed she had another son. she started seeing a doctor who is trying to find autism markers in very young kids. like all the other kids in this study, the baby showed some markers on one visit (every 6 months) but the amount of markers changed by the next visit. the only difference is he had 2 brothers with autism disorders.

I've watched a lot of shows about it and still wonder if it's genetic or the vaccines... I do think they overdo it with the vaccines sometimes.

if we want to get upset or worried with medicine why don't we examine why 1in 100 births result in the baby having ambiguous genitalia or being intersexed. perhaps its because we are pumped with hormones
