Come on Peach, you finally answered question number one. I see why it took so long. To admit that this fiasco calls for 50 NEW state agencies, and turning doctors into politicians, and seems to create a "board of medical approval", would cause me second thoughts, as well.
1. Who specifically is going to administer this program?

The PHNP is suggesting the citizens governing panel be half doctors and half lay people.

Now lets move on to question number 2.
2. How many people will it take, to administer this program for 300 million plus people?

Lexi, if you are getting family coverage for less than $150 per week, you better keep it, because no government, or single payer system will be any cheaper, unless you don't work.

Like I said before most of us can afford health care, its just that we can't afford health care, the new harley, the boat, the big screen TV, the trips to Cancun and the botox treatments. If you sincerely considered healthcare a top priority (why now, why only in the last 10 years or so has this become a "crisis"? Didn't people get sick in 1975?) then you can come up with the money to pay for it.
But that is the real issue, its like the tv commercial for some credit card company, "I want it all and I want it NOW". Well, you can't have it all, no matter how many people you try to steal it from to get it. You will have to make choices. Make the right ones and you too can have health care, make the wrong ones and you too can own a Harley

No Hunny Bunny, it isn't the new Harley, the Boat, big screen TV or Cancun. It's the difference in what every basic thing we have to buy costs now and what it cost back in 1975. What did a gallon of gas cost then, or any of the other basics we need every day and what do they cost now?
Health insurance premiums go up every year and the amount is really getting ridiculous. And we pay this so the CEO's can get their multi million dollar bonuses...

I haven't seen it for that price for a long time. The cheapest I've seen or had is a lot more than that. And that's with a high doctor copay plus high yearly deductable and no prescription coverage...

That's funny you mention outsourcing my job.
Democrats are trying to take over my industry. The US Congress is trying to force Corporations I represent to outsource my job to US politicians.
The US Govt. wants to be the outsource capitol of the world.
