I am sure the stossel report is a good thing, because I am sure it high lights the failings of universal health care. Now if we are smart before we embark upon the task we can learn to copy the success and find ways to do things differently where Canada has failed.

We can do it! I have faith in us.
Well if you’re a business woman, do you think the government could run your business better than you? Do you think the government should set wages for your employees or decide how much you can charge you customers? If not why do you think they could do a better job managing the health care industry?

I think you need a history lesson. Stossel believes in free markets, the Nazis believed in centrally planed economic system.

I think Stossels plan would work well if your income is greater then 300,000/ year. I would like to know his source for denied claims at 3% when the AMA and leading health industry studies put the denied claims at well over 10%.

I disagree with Moore and Stossel on their presentations-both misleading and cherry picking-obvious neither have a clue. there presentations both contained some facts and a great deal of supposition.

If you bothered to click on the link and watch the story on the first post you would know who is source is. I looked up the AMA website and I cant find the 10% figure.

You're being kind of judgmental considering that you haven’t even watched Stossel’s 20/20 piece.

No they didn’t. You need to read up on 20th century history.

Coyote if you actually believe we have a competitive healthcare system in America you have your head in the sand. The competition is between companies to avoid paying healthcare bills and not competition for quality of healthcare.
