It refers to arms, which is a broad term, which at this stage in history, as well as the founders original reason for adding this amendment was to allow the citizen to retaliate against their country if it because tyrancial or perhaps even taken over and turned into a theocracy (which it has) so this amendment would all you to purchase if you had the means; tanks, fighter jets, aircraft carriers and nuclear weapons. Do believe these items along with assault rifles are neccesary anymore? Because the intent ot the amendment is no longer valid, but like I said, it's there so if you assholes want to make for you lake of manhood with a 50 caliber cannon, well then go ahead. I just don't understand it...
