Firearm within its own conjunction of the two words "fire" and "arms" does add it to the list of what is considered arms.

Do you agree then that "arms" is a broad term used quite appropriately to define in the future the types of "arms" that were invented?

Well I gave you a shot but much like the reason your wife is fucking someone behind your back, you just don't get it. All I asked is you to answer one little question and all you do is avoid misdirect etc.. It is a yes no question on weather they have the right to take your private property (ie gun) without reinbursing you at all. You could not say yes or no you have to go on to a rant or tangent just so you can try to insult or so called prove yourself right. That is not a discussion on an issue or issues.

Imminent domain... I believe that is what it is called. If it protects or benefits the greater society as a whole I believe that it proper, so yes... they should be taken away. Don't they take away homes, cars and money from drug dealers? So should they be able to take dangerous weapons off the streets? Legally owned or not...

It is all he ever does.

In all fairness though, I am not sure he is always doing it on purpose. I think that sometimes he is jsut too stupid to understand the question.

No way, even the dumbest politicians are not as dumb as he is. I am not talking about him being dumb because of his stances on issues, I mean that he is truly stupid, I really believe he is.
