What should be the cut off? Submachine gun? Flamethrowers? Artillary?

There are many probvately owend pieces of artilery and Tanks. I saw a chick in the south 16 and firing a flame thrower. Ive seen on you tube hicks firring 50 cal quads and 20 MIke mike before. Dont know how much is legal.

Current laws are more the adequate.

I can see where people in Minnesota could use a flame thrower in the winter to help keep their driveway's clear

How does the mere ownership of something equate to a crime? If I owned a fully functional WW2 P51 Mustang but never flew it, never fired the weapon system, never even loaded it, how is that a problem? Who is the bigger problem, the owner of a flame thrower who is completely law abiding or the arsonist in Florida who started this latest round of fires?
