Its really quite simple, allow Concealed Carry Permits in every state, and stop insisting on gun free zones. Such zones have not stopped a shooting, never will, but fear the target just might shoot back will.

Not necessarily ALL students, only those licensed, trained and desiring to carry them. There will always be those who know they could never use a weapon, even to protect themselves. But if there is an even chance that someone will be shooting back, these student shooters will think five or six times before going into a classroom, and shooting it up. For damn sure gun prohibitions and gun free zones are not working.

This seems to come at a time when the Supreme Court is about to consider the DC law and whether the right to keep and bare arms is an individual right. For the uninformed, the whole constitution was written to protect the individual from government intervention. The headlines will surely put pressure on the court to dismantle the 2nd amendment.

You will never, in our lifetimes end gun ownership. Freedom and prosparity will go a long way to diminishing hatred in this country, individual rights, as opposed to group rights, will take thinking even further.

History shows us that the madness of school shootings is a result of the cumulative effects of group mentality. In 1913, everyone had guns and nobody was ever shot randomly, unless the perp was derranged.

We have seen a correlation in the rise of crime rates parallel with the notion of group rights, witness the civil rights race war of black on whites, which has been going on since the 60s. You never hear a damned thing in the MSM about it, though it has claimed over 40,000 lives in this country. Why? Because it is a war of their making, under reporting is due to their idea that blacks are victims and therefore cannot be perpetrators. That is a cop-out and an attempt to disassociate themselves from the responsibilities of their failed leftist agenda. It's how they cope with what they have done.

Guns are not the problem, it's the leftist insanity which is the cause, making people believe that the world owes them something, rather than promoting the idea that we are all responsible for our own actions. Blaming guns is part of the same flawed thinking that perpetuates the problem.
