Damn man !!!!!! My wife and I are both ROTFL ! I guess if the Irish drink less beer and eat less cabbage they would leave less of a methane footprint ? Personally I will stick to Texas porkribs and beer ( I know this will not help , but I do not give a fuck) .

umm, I think that we should all do something to help the enviroment. I will go get my SUV tuned up and turn the heat down in the house. I bet I conserve more than Al does.

That maybe true, but to be fair and balanced, isn't his house much bigger than the average house? I mean wouldn't make sense that if I have a 2000 sq ft house and he has a 20,000 sq ft house, he would use more energy? And he has a guest house?

How much sq ft does he have?

How much room does he need? Its only him and Tipper. Even if he has guest he could put them up in his house like the rest of us working stiffs rather than have another house for the occasional houseguest.

I will admit when my mother in law comes to visit I would rather put her up at the local Motel 666 than in the upstairs guestroom so maybe many of his "guest" are not people he really likes.

He is a hypocrite telling us we are destroying the environment and then paying more in utility bills than the average Tennesseean makes in a year. I also heard he wanted a bunch of "concerned scientist" to fly down to the South Pole to hold some kind of rally. All in private jets of course, which would burn more hydrocarbons than a fleet of SUV's

I have a 2000 sq ft house for me and my wife. Oh yeah the dogs live there too and it is just fine for us. I guess that Al Gore deserves more room than the rest of us.

Of course he does. He is a priviledged dem that is going to tell the rest of us "sheeple" (to quote Michael Savage) how to live our lives. Just like Barbara Streisand. She tells us all to cut back on our energy usage while she has a special room that is air conditioned to preserve her fur coats. I can't believe liberals sit and buy this shit on a daily basis. Amazing.

Funded by WHOM - that's what is critical. Who are its major contributors?

That`s not the issue...I guess anyone can get a record of your electric and gas bills in Tennessee. It`s the hypocrisy of someone writing "Earth In Balance" 15 years ago and just getting around now days to installing solar panels.

Again, as I said earlier in another post...I decided to change all the light bulbs out of my house (fluorescent) because I SAID SO...not because of Al Gore saying so. Hell, I will save $ too, seems pretty stupid not to just based on that. What do I do about my two cats when they produce methane from those nasty farts...
