You should be careful when you use the word "We" because you end up lumping yourself in with the KOOKS I spoke of.
That said.,..No one is saying the sky is falling. What we are saying, is that there is a detectable change in climate that collates with man made activity over the past century, and it is different then the cycles noted in the absence of the emission of greenhouse gasses.
We are also saying, that it is within the ability of society, to stem the changes, and as it happens, BENIFIT the economy you claim to worry about
