Attention anyone looking to post in this Global Warming Category--like every other winter since its inception--the global warming discussion has to be put on hold due to...........the weather.

Similar to the summers--this winter season is like every other winter--we had the same cold ass temperatures--the same average amount of snowfall. Lets face the inconvenient truth--the whole argument of global warming is hard to make when glaciers are forming not only in the artic--but in your backyard as well.

Be advised--this category will be re-opening once summer arrives--once the averge snow storms return to the average thunderstorms--and the average lows return to the average highs--as they have every year since you you can remember. The climate fearmongering will be back soon.

I'm not sold on the idea that Global Warming is gonna be disastrous on an environmentally catastrophic level, but I would concur that evidence points to the effects of dirty industry being in conjunction with rising temperatures, desalinzation of the oceans and so on. That could, in theory cause huge problems.

Anyhow, this subject should be politicized at all. We should leave this to scientists. Of which no one here is one. So shut the fuck up about it, and realize that people smarter than yourselves should be dealing with this.

Well it didnt take long--once the climate extremists saw the CLOSED sign--they had to rev their climate fear-mongering back up--in a hope to keep their fellow worshipers faithful to their religon of global warming.

Where was the fear mongering directed?--the same direction as always--towards some "cute" animals--in this case the penguins.

Similar to the polar bears--the king penguins have been deemed "cute" and therefore the liberal tree huggers use these animals as propaganda to promote their lies and their religion.

Just as these extremists lie about polar bears "drowning". The King penguin population has been on the rise for decades--and still these extremists warn about their oncoming extinction.

Polar bears can swim for a 100 miles--The King Penguin population resides around 2 MILLION!!

There are theories--that AlGore eats baby penguins and baby dolphins while laying on his polar bear rug.

If you want to complain about the accuracy of the prediction of imminent penguin extinction post it in the proper thread. Or are you just attempting to boost up this typically ignorant one you started?

Does this even deserve an answer? The temperature of one place at one time has no merit or scientific bearing on anything. If you cannot understand how greenhouse gases affect the earths climate and the impact it will have on ocean levels and most importantly drinking water then no one can really explain it to you. Just go to Buckeye Lake this summer and talk about how stupid all those scientists really are...

Sure global warming dosent exsist to people that think that money makes the world go round. I am sure that if you can profit off the term then then it would be a major concern.

One of the points of this thread--was to highlight the fact that the religion of global warming is a seasonal religon. The climate fearmongering originally was year round--and problems arose with the religion.

For example--one of AlGore's early winter sermons--was being given why there were record low temperatures across the nation. It proved hard to find new believers and worshipers to global warming--when the water mains were frozen.

And if you say BS to that--you must admit to the fact that the activity of this category "global warming" really dies down in the winter--similar to the religion. But I commend you on trying to revive it with fearmongering of the last few 2 MILLION King Penguins.

"All those scientists"--again we have to get back the facts.

1.The only consensus on global warming is that the earth's temperature has risen almost 2 entire degrees (oh my!)--this is fact--as for the rest...

2.There is no consensus that evil man is responsible--or even partially responsible--for this increase of 1 massive world ending degree

3.There is no consensus that our current climate is the ideal climate--and there is no consensus that a temperature increase will bring the armageddon that AlGore promotes.

Once their is a true consensus on man made global warming--will be when I join the religion--and dawn my tie-dye and bong.

Until then--I have a feeling we will survive global warming just as we survived global cooling and imminent death from ocean pollution.

And as I said to Sat--scientists--who do use science as a profession--don't get funding and paychecks for telling the world everything is ok. But just as with global warming--how the money and funding rolls in when you inform them their children are ALL GOING TO DIE!!
