Many of the individuals and organisations challenging the idea of global warming have received funding from companies such as ExxonMobil.

Scientists have a unpresedented consensus and that does not mean they have not questioned, studied and try to refute this climate/emission connection -they would like nothing more.... What counts is the evidence. And the evidence – that the world is getting warmer, that the warming is largely due to human emissions, and that the downsides of further warming will outweigh the positive effects – is very evident.

First off--you gotta love the "DailyGreen"--if I give you links from Exxon's homepage do you thing that is "fair and balanced". The Dailygreen, Propeller, and Mark Johnston all have liberal tree hugging ties and connections.

All that aside Sam--one question for you--if their was truely overwhelming evidence--that man was causing the climate change--and that the resulting impact would eventually end mankind--do you really think that greed alone would be strong enough to cause so many scientists and experts to speak out against man made global warmng? You can find truth in an actual consensus--and consensus is clearly lacking.
