Question Are you a Terrorist??

The Australian Government has deemed anyone inciting revolution in Australia as a terrorist.
Question what if the revolution was incited because the Government at the time was tyrannical and oppressive, thus leading the people to revolution.
Does that make the people of that nation all terrorists, and that we must all be sent to some detention facility in some far-a-way land.
So I ask you the American people, was it right for you to fight for your right in 1776, for surely you would have been seen as terrorists in the eyes of 18th century man.
So, would it be right for the Australian people to stand up and fight for our right?.
Our right, like what you guys fought for, are the same, but in a 21st century context of course, and that being freedom and independence.

And....is there really any such thing as fighting for ones freedom and independence anymore, are we merely just syncophats for our media induced enviorment?.

King George did not treat rebel colonists according to Geneva convention standards . I cannot speak for the Aussies but our government had better get a handle on this immigration problem or .....

No, but my 74 year old auntie is on the no fly list. She thinks it's hilarious...the most radical thing she does is have an annual garage sale as a benefit for a kitty shelter....

Of course there is such a thing as fighting for freedom and independence, but the mainstream media will have none of that...

Although the media often sees the two labels as interchangeable I believe there are some very distinct differences between “freedom fighters" and "terrorists".

As our Declaration of Independence points out, we all have certain unalienable rights. The most often discussed here are the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But another less discussed is the right to have a government that is representative of the citizens it governs. When the people of any nation are governed without representation and when the right to voice grievances is refused then tyranny abounds and a dictatorship evolves. People have a right to free themselves of such tyranny and dictatorships.

But, when individuals or groups of individuals seek to destroy a government that in fact is representative of the people that elected that government and when the government does in fact allow for the grievances of its citizens then they are not fighting for freedom from tyranny but for the overthrow of a just government and that makes them "terrorists".

Terrorist is in the eye of the beholder. Those doing the fighting will see themselves as freedom fighters. Those they are fighting against will see them as terrorists. IRA, to a lot of my family they were freedom fighters, to me they were terrorists.

"The Australian Government has deemed anyone inciting revolution in Australia as a terrorist."

>>>Australia did this because John Howard is a zionist/neocon bastard who wants to suppress the coming anti-Israel backlash from the Aussie people.

This is the exact brain washed thinking the American govt. encourages through the media before if you got fucked enough and you decided to fight back you were mentaly unstable then people started seeing through that waco, ruby ridge, well they needed something stronger so now we have terrorist not to say there are not terrorist but say you found out top secret information proving serious wrong doing you don't think they would not hesitat fabricating evidence and lableing you a terrorist. We are ran by the media and hell we don't even care when our govt. breaks the law etc. right in front of our faces, hell we even accept it when they take away our constitutional right, something is seriously wrong folks when the govt. votes themselves a raise and I sit in McDonalds and watch a 70 year old lady cleaning tables.
