Default Genarlow Wilson, age 17, Was Sentenced to Prison For Bogus Child Molestation Case.

Genarlow Wilson was unjustly arrested, and sentenced to prison for ten years for having oral sex with another teenager, when he was just 17 years old. This is "insane" to say the least. He wasn't even old enough to vote yet-but he was old enough, and black enough to be sent to prison for "aggravated child molestation". The teenage girl he had sex with was 15 years old.
Read the following article on Genarlow Wilson's case, then tell me what you think about this case. If you think he should be let out of jail, then let's all help this kid get out. Please petition the District Attorney, David McDade in the article. If you don't think he should get out-I still would like to hear your opinion, and reasons why you feel he should stay in prison.

If someone who is under 18 cannot vote or sign a contract or join the military because society deems them too immature to make reasoned decisions regarding these life-altering issues, why should we expect them to be able to make a reasoned decision concerning sex?

I brought this up....about 90 days ago on this web site.....when it first made national news.....As it shows the state our legal system has degenerated into....with no calibration of law....as he very much was "hosed"....in relation to the punishment handed out to the others at this party....who also engaged in sexual behavior....with minors....all but they received was probation in regard to the charges......even if this injustice is reversed...it has already cost this young man.....perhaps his career....as he was going to school to play football....and he carried as good GPA....now due to a mistake of youth....and a law that simply is unjust to say the least...he has lost everything.....BD

The way it should have been worked out.....with an attitude adjustment...between friends and family....so to speak...as both were minors...with apparently no parental guidance....from either side...but still a mistake of youth....and to be honest...who at this age has anything else on their mind? But how did so many minors come to be at a drinking party....on New Years Eve....what did their parents think they were up to? BD

Exactly my point. And, the 15 year old girl in this case was not raped, she was indulging in gang sex of her own free will-yet she's not in jail.

I know, and this is really racist and pathetic on the District Attorney's part. And, where is Al Sharpton on this-he can snivel on the news medias about Paris Hilton's ADD ass being up in jail getting favoritism, but I don't hear Al trying to help this kid-or Jesse Jackson either.

And, what about the girl herself-she was just as immoral as this guy was? I have a six year old daughter, and I'm teaching her now to respect herself around men, and not to sit with her legs open if she's wearing a dress. When she gets to be this girls age, I don't want her out suckin' on c*ck of her own free will, and then lying and saying she was raped, or drunk and was taken advantage of, when she wasn't. My wife and I have approximately ten years before we have to start dreading this type of stress with our daughter. Gee, I can hardly wait.

Exactly, when I was this guys age, all I thought of most of the time was being inside of a woman. Frankly, I'm glad those days are gone for me.

A high school junior having consensual sex with a high school freshman.

I fail to see anything criminal about this. Immoral, irresponsible, cheap and repulsive, sure. But this is criminal? Since when??
