The policy toward North Korea requires substantial changes and most of all closer cooperation of the main world and regional powers. Unfortunately it seems that so far both the EU and the U.S. do not have appropriate strategy to resolve the crisis and eliminate the threat posed by the unpredictable communist regime.

Maybe a more appropriate strategy would be for Europe and the US to NOT give North Korea $1.25 billion more in aid! The treaties that North Korea signed in exchange for stopping its nuclear program apparently were signed (on the North Korean side) by untrustworthy liars!
