If any consider the fact of being patriotic and family orientated....with a belief in something other than own selfish needs....as being a fault...then this shows were the misconceptions of this nation lay....if we are to keep enjoying the many freedoms that this nation provides...someone of this nature must exist...to pay the price of these freedoms when it becomes needed....so the other that simply enjoy these rights by riding on the backs of others...like the leeches of our society they are....THEY ARE AS SPOILED CHILDREN....HAVING HAD SO MUCH HANDED TO THEN....WITH NO ACTION ON THEIR PART BEING REQUIRED...THAT WHEN THE TIME COMES TO ROLL UP OUR SLEEVES AND GO ABOUT THE WORK OF BEING A FREE OPEN SOCIETY.....THEY WHINE AND BITCH ABOUT HOW IT IS NOT THEIR PLACE TO DO SO.....BD

It's why so many in this forum attack me and call me names. I've received more e-mail here that agree with me, way more than oppose, not posts but e-mails. Most in the e-mails here say when you get attacked for a thought or opinion it's usually because they know you're right and the only defense they have in opposition is to attack and that's just sad when one can't admit defeat and own up to a loss. Plus, attacking the messenger is futile when the message is reflective of public opinion and America is general, but you still vent with no impact, so feel free, aint free speech great?
It's the old macho male insecurity factor with lots of country white boys. Afraid their dick is too small so the buy the most male vehicle around - the pickup truck to bolster their self image and qwell their insecurities. And the higher the lift kit on a truck, the lower the IQ and most likely the more patriotic.

You are bit ignorant on this and there have been a number of anit-war, peace types of country/folk music songs that have become popular throughout the years.

Again you insult a whole race of people.... the ideology of politics....has nothing to do with race....but with the content of ones perceptions to environment.....simple....a conservative is the result of their environment and how they deal with it in fact......a liberal is the result of their emotions...and how they let them rule their life and effect their surroundings....has nothing to do with skin color...but heart and what lays there-in......I suppose people such as JT Watts......Colin Powell .....even our Sec. of State. btw, I am from Texas and have many large, male cousins who drive duallys, wear western boots and are patriotic. They are also hard working, tax paying, honorable, good fathers whose families come first. They also travel, read, a couple write poetry, have graduated from college, make a lot of money and cause problems for no one.
