It was something he did back in the 1990s.

His 3 ex-wives may say otherwise.

That's true. That's why I wouldn't be interested in marrying him. However, I'm sure there are 3 sides to every story and I'm also quite confident that they did just fine financially due to their association with him.

I was listening then too and I never heard of it . Flaja , did you make that up ? I think it is funny as hell , I do not think his BLACK program director would let him do something like that . "I duh ho !

Actually I think he and the 1st wife split before he had his national radio program so I don’t know that she could have made out all that well. But, still someone with 3 ex-wives is hardly in a position to be the national voice of conservatism. Limbaugh is a man of opportunity, not a man of conviction.
BTW: One of my NC ancestors about the time of the Revolution had 2 sisters. One married an Eisenhower and the other marries a Limbaugh.

I think it's easy for any of us to be on the outside looking in on anyone else's personal situation and make judgement calls. it's an easy thing to do. There are no ramifications for doing it, we can make whatever personal decisions we like regarding others and who's to say we are wrong? What I'm getting at is that I don't know the man, his wives or his situation. I don't think he's a role-model but then again I don't think any of these celecrities are role models. I think they are good at what they do and hopefully that's where it ends. For a man of opportunity, he seems to have made the most of it. He gets my admiration for that. His personal life, I could care less about. Doesn't effect me a bit.

That’s just what I found when I did a Google search trying to cross reference ebonics with Limbaugh.
There was a time when there was some talk of teaching ebonics in school either in place of or in conjunction with teaching English grammar. It was at this time that Limbaugh made his remarks. I don’t remember if it was before or after the 1994 elections.
