    Default Judge Carter won't dismiss Taitz eligibility Case: Certified Court Date Jan 26

    I guess Taitz has made a good case for him not to throw it out or dismiss it. He has now confirmed and filed that trial will begin Jan 26th and pre discovery in November.

    I wouldn't count on this case for breaking anything wide open.

    My spider-sense is tingling, and tells me that this case is shaping up to be an effort to "consolidate" birther positions, hopes, and "evidence", into a one-stop shop for destruction.

    Carter now employs a lawyer as a clerk, who was, until this hire, an employee of Perkins/Coie...He brought him on as of Oct. 1.

    This case was suspect enough with Taitz in the lead...THIS pushes it into LUDICROUS territory.

    Recognize that this is another play of power.

    Liberals can belittle and malign the lawyer but the merits of the case should go forward.What other American could get away without showing a birth certificate upon request of a background check for any federal job.What does Obama use for id?I have never seen him driving a car so apparently he has no drivers license so apparently he has never proved to anyone who he is and where he comes from.It is absolutely mind boggling to spend the amount of money he has to suppress something this simple for any other American.

    I know when I moved to Cali, I had to present a birth certificate just for a state ID. Cost me 10 bucks to my birth state for the cert and 2 bucks for the notary.
    What a horrible fiasco. I can see where he might be having a hard time.....you know....notary publics......postage stamp....actually having to go TO the mail box. Yes, quite the hassle. I can understand his dilemma.
