Yes of course, WWII had health care. His dad chose to use a private insurance plan that takes money from other insurers and pays his medical bills with. Its an old ponzi con game. and really borders on fraud, because the insurance company could never pay its insurers if they all had any major sickness today. The Taxpayer would have to pay for it, like we did the twin towers and any future terrorist building attacks.
