On this one I don't stand with General Peters. On a highly sensitive issue like everyone should refrain from making judgments until the FULL facts are out.

If it turns out there is no basis that this guy is not a deserter, then this will be pretty cruel on this soldier and his family.

If the guy ever makes it back, he'll be given psych care and discharged.
