rasta, yes I am sure that I could find a link to back up the statement about the VA being under funded and Vets getting crappy treatment for decades. But like you I am busy and this is common knowledge. Just talk to your buddies on our retiree net. They will confirm what I have told you or talk to Bluedog who has used the VA for over 30 years.
