How blind can these dumb asses be? The only way USG HC can survive is as a single payer system. If they try to compete with private health care the system will end up broke and useless like social security and medicare; as the article eluded too it WILL result in rationed health care. This will be a big boom for Mexico, all the drug cartels will be able to go legitimate and open private hospitals along the border so rich people won't have to wait for service.

The conspiracy theorist in me says this sounds a lot like a population control tactic.
