Mel, if Clinton did something that has a bearing on current events then we should be able to discuss it. For one he labeled OBL a terrorist, but then again you would have me beleive that Bush decided on his own that there are people out there that want to destroy this country.

Having said that, with the GOP majority Congress providing Oversight....do you really think the GOP Majority Congress during the Clinton Administration would have stood by and let the "Executive Branch" or the W.H. "Step all over the Constitution?????

Now speaking of Stepping All Over the Constitution for Political Agendas....you Need to look no further than GW Bush; who has had absolutely no Congerssinal Oversight the last 6 years b/c the GOP Majority stood by and have given Bush everything his Administration has asked for; and have turned a blinds eye---and failed to provide Congressional Oversight to investigate the laws broken by the Bush Administraion.
